eCornell seeks experienced professionals to facilitate courses in its AI Strategy and Organizational Change certificate portfolio. Facilitators support the delivery of content created by Cornell faculty; they are not course authors or adjunct faculty. The role complements asynchronous course materials with interactive online learning, helping business leaders understand AI capabilities and limitations, identify opportunities to create value, and lead the organizational changes needed to realize that value. Facilitators lead live discussions on AI strategy, AI-enabled business transformation, and organizational change; provide written and recorded-video feedback on discussions, assignments, and applied projects; and coach learners to connect course frameworks and examples to their own workplaces. Projects may include AI opportunity assessments, workflow redesigns, business model innovations, venture derisking plans, and AI transformation strategies. The role also involves managing online discussions, responding to learners, tracking progress, preparing for and facilitating at least one to two courses per month, completing onboarding and shadowing, and participating in continuing training and professional development. The position is remote and open to candidates anywhere in the United States, with the role based in Ithaca, New York. It is casual and non-benefits-eligible. New York State individual tax reporting and withholding apply under the stated guidelines, and additional state income tax filings may be required when working temporarily outside New York. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are unavailable. Applicants are asked to submit a cover letter; an optional but highly encouraged Loom video response is requested as part of the application.
