E-Commerce Manager

Amax Leather Canada is currently seeking a dedicated full time E-Commerce Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following responsibilities and possess the following skills:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience working in an E-commerce Marketing and Managing environment in the North America market.
- Experience with working with different E-commerce platforms and marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay, Shopify (or equivalent), or E-commerce Retail Partners.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, disciplines, strategy and best practices.
- Strong Data Entry skills with attention to details (Must be skilled with MS Excel)
- Strong problem-solving skills and be able to demonstrate critical thinking when it comes to unfamiliar tasks and assignments.
- Strong communication skills is essential (B2B and B2C).
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PPC and other Performance-based advertising is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Organize and Manage different E-commerce retailers and marketplaces such as Wayfair, Overstock, Home Depot and other retailers.
- Work with the E-commerce Manager to plan and implement online marketing strategies for the business.
- Update, Improve and Optimize online listings with the platform’s best practices
- If needed, work with customer support team to make sure all customers are happy with their order
