About The Position

Join Beauty Brands and help shape the digital shopping experience. We're looking for a results-driven eCommerce Manager who combines merchandising, marketing, analytics, and project management to grow online sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of B2C eCommerce experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, retargeting, and XML product feeds.
  • Experience interpreting analytics and turning insights into action.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of HTML plus tools such as Photoshop and Figma preferred.
  • Retail industry experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize BeautyBrands.com using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all online promotions aligned with the corporate promotional calendar.
  • Own the online merchandising strategy, product presentation, and site content.
  • Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead quality assurance for promotions, pricing, content, and site updates.
  • Coordinate with IT and external partners to resolve technical issues and improve functionality.
  • Partner with merchandising and inventory teams to maximize product availability and sales.
  • Manage the eCommerce marketing calendar and ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
  • Supervise team members and prioritize multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.
