About The Position

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of Shopify experience is required.
  • Successfully grown revenue on Shopify.
  • Understanding of E-Commerce strategy, CRO, merchandising, and customer psychology.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot for lifecycle marketing.
  • Highly analytical and highly creative.
  • Experience testing ideas and measuring results.
  • Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
  • Cares about outcomes, not activity.

Responsibilities

  • Owning overall store performance and growth for the Shopify storefront.
  • Managing collections, merchandising, navigation, and customer experience.
  • Improving mobile usability, site speed, and conversion flow.
  • Coordinating theme improvements, integrations, and new functionality.
  • Continuously finding opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Improving product page and checkout conversion rates.
  • Testing offers, bundles, upsells, and landing pages.
  • Analyzing customer behavior and funnel drop-off points.
  • Optimizing every step of the customer journey.
  • Turning more visitors into customers.
  • Improving customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing using HubSpot.
  • Building and optimizing email automations.
  • Increasing abandoned cart recovery.
  • Improving upsell and cross-sell performance.
  • Increasing member-to-customer conversion rates.
  • Driving repeat purchases and customer retention.
  • Determining what products get promoted, launched, bundled, and featured.
  • Managing product launches, seasonal promotions, and featured product campaigns.
  • Developing upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Optimizing merchandising.
  • Developing campaigns that generate excitement and sales, including product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, landing pages, sales funnels, and member-exclusive offers.
