About The Position

The E-Commerce & CRM Specialist supports the execution and optimization of Baccarat’s digital commerce and customer engagement activities in North America. This role is responsible for day-to-day site operations, CRM campaign execution, and performance tracking, working closely with global teams, marketing, and retail to ensure a consistent and elevated client experience across channels. This role focus on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, CRM, or digital marketing
  • Experience working with CMS platforms, CRM tools, and analytics (Salesforce, GA, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Strong execution and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Collaborative approach across Retail, Marketing, HQ, and agencies
  • Understanding of e-commerce and CRM fundamentals

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail, luxury, or consumer brands preferred
  • Ability to speak French a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the U.S. e-commerce site (content, product setup, pricing, launches)
  • Execute global campaigns and adapt for the North America market
  • Perform regular site QA checks to ensure accuracy and functionality
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure product availability and inventory accuracy
  • Execute CRM campaigns (email, lifecycle, client engagement) in partnership with global CRM and marketing teams
  • Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely deployment
  • Support segmentation, targeting, and personalization efforts
  • Partner with Retail to support clienteling tools and usage
  • Manage product assortments and merchandising updates on site
  • Coordinate content updates (copy, imagery, launches)
  • Ensure consistency across site experience and brand positioning
  • Monitor key KPIs: Traffic, Conversion, Revenue, CRM engagement
  • Prepare regular reports and highlight trends or issues
  • Recommend improvements based on performance insights
