About The Position

We are looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Platform Manager to take full ownership of our digital new B2B e-commerce platform, from definition and implementation through ongoing business-driven management. This is a hybrid role combining platform ownership, project leadership, and commercial optimization. The ideal candidate brings strong business orientation, hands-on platform management experience, and the ability to connect systems, people, and business goals. In the initial phase, the role will report directly to the CEO and later transition into the relevant business function.

Requirements

  • Minimum a few years experience managing e-commerce platform “Shopify” is a must - preferably Shopify Plus.
  • Strong commercial understanding of how B2B e-commerce platforms drive business performance
  • Hands-on platform management experience, including content, catalog, and operations
  • Experience working with system integrations such as ERP and CRM
  • Project or product management experience.
  • High proficiency in using AI tools to improve efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Lead the functional definition and characterization of the e-commerce platform, with deep understanding of internal processes and integrations, including ERP, CRM, and other core systems
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation and rollout of the platform, ensuring effective adoption across the organization
  • Translate system capabilities into clear, practical workflows for internal stakeholders
  • Own and manage the platform on an ongoing basis, with a primary focus on business performance, commercial impact, and operational excellence
  • Drive platform performance, including product visibility, availability, merchandising, and overall user experience
  • Optimize product content and structure to improve conversion and engagement
  • Analyze key performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align platform activity with business goals
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to support commercial decision-making
  • Use data insights and AI tools to continuously improve efficiency and overall platform performance
