AutoZone’s Commercial Digital Experience team is the engine behind how professional repair shops interact, order, and grow with us. We design and deliver the digital tools that power our B2B customers—from online ordering to mobile apps to integrated shop management systems. Our mission is simple: create a seamless, intuitive, and revenue‑driving digital ecosystem for every Commercial customer. As the Director of Commercial Ecommerce (Digital Experience), you’ll own the full digital lifecycle for AutoZone’s Commercial customers. You’ll guide the vision, roadmap, and execution for AutoZonePro’s desktop and mobile platforms, 3rd‑party integrations, onboarding experiences, and digital adoption strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with IT, National Accounts, Commercial Marketing, and Pricing to ensure our digital tools not only meet customer needs but also drive measurable revenue growth. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role leading a team of managers and influencing stakeholders across the organization. You’ll blend product leadership, operational excellence, and customer‑centric thinking to elevate the digital experience for thousands of professional shops nationwide.
