The Ecommerce Associate plays an essential role in the daily operations of Mine & Yours’ online business. This position ensures that products are accurately represented on the website, orders are fulfilled with precision, and the back-of-house (BOH) environment meets the company’s luxury standards. The role is ideal for detail-oriented, organized individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for fashion and luxury retail.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of retail, ecommerce, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Interest in fashion, styling, or luxury retail is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Pull, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure every order reflects the Mine & Yours luxury unboxing experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product care in all BOH areas.
  • Support inventory transfers, tagging, and internal product movements.
  • Communicate proactively with teammates and leads regarding shipping delays or product discrepancies.
  • Write and publish accurate product descriptions (PDs) for new arrivals.
  • Ensure products are tagged, categorized, and priced correctly.
  • Assist with merchandising and categorization of products on the website and homepage.
  • Identify products on the floor that are unshot or unpublished and escalate for prioritization.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Gorgias, maintaining a professional and brand-aligned tone.
  • Resolve order and shipping inquiries quickly and accurately.
  • Support escalations and work closely with the Senior Associate and Ecommerce Manager on resolutions.
  • Partner with the Buying, Retail, and Studio teams to maintain product flow from intake → photography → live.
  • Support studio prep and campaign merchandising when required.
  • Report errors or workflow gaps proactively to leadership.
