The E-Commerce Associate will assist customers with purchases at Showroom and Outlet store locations, finalizing transactions using Shopify POS devices. The role requires familiarity with the entire inventory, including fabrics, colors, products, and sizes. The associate will communicate and follow up with customers using a Customer Relationship Management platform (Gorgias), email, and phone. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and orderly store environment and workstation, organizing fabric swatches, and actively engaging with customers and team members on-site. The associate will locate and ship store products for online orders, conduct cycle counts, and update inventory on Shopify. Support to additional departments, such as assisting with quarterly inventory counts or light administrative work, is also required. The role involves handling in-store and online returns and exchanges, resolving shipping issues, and devising or refining processes to optimize operations.
