About The Position
This is a third-shift E-Coat manufacturing technician position. Training will take place on first shift; further shift information will be discussed during the interview. The role supports three production lines by troubleshooting machine failures, maintaining machine conditions, analyzing and recording processes, performing preventive maintenance checks, and updating chemical analyses and making additions when needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Good work ethic.
- Troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot machine failures and implement shortstop improvements.
- Confirm and maintain good machine conditions and provide training.
- Analyze and record processes across three lines and make adjustments.
- Conduct and record preventive maintenance checks on three lines.
- Update chemical analyses daily and make appropriate additions when necessary.
