About The Position

This is a third-shift E-Coat Manufacturing Technician position. Training will take place on first shift; further information about the shift will be discussed during the interview. The role is responsible for troubleshooting machine failures, maintaining and confirming machine conditions, analyzing and recording processes across three lines, conducting preventive maintenance checks, and updating chemical analyses and making additions when necessary. Scheduled hours are 9:00 PM–5:30 AM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Good work ethic.
• Troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machine failures and make shortstop improvements.
• Confirm and maintain good machine conditions, and provide training.
• Analyze and record processes across three lines and make adjustments.
• Conduct and record preventive maintenance checks on three lines.
• Update chemical analyses daily and make appropriate chemical additions when necessary.
