About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is hiring a Powder Coat Painter for its Omaha, Nebraska team. The role prepares and paints fabricated parts for final installation and works with other team members to meet high quality standards. The hourly rate is $18.00, plus a $1-per-hour shift differential. The stated shift is 7:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. No relocation benefit is offered, and candidates generally must live within 50 miles of the Omaha location; active-duty military service member candidates are exempt from this geographic limitation. Eaton does not provide employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.

Responsibilities

• Wash and prepare parts for the powder-coating process.
• Stage parts and push them through the oven.
• Use lift assist to load and unload heavier parts.
• Perform work from ladders and in tight spaces.
• Focus on quality, customer service, safety, and productivity.
• Perform other tasks as requested and be flexible to move to other areas.
