About The Position

Two Sisters Pizza is hiring an e-biker delivery driver to deliver menu items to customers promptly, safely, and professionally using a company-provided e-bike. The role also supports in-store operations between deliveries, including preparing orders, cleaning, stocking, answering phones, and other tasks. The position offers flexible scheduling and may provide a path to the Management Development Program.

Requirements

Have valid U.S. employment authorization allowing work in the United States.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a friendly demeanor and work well with others as part of a team.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Be organized, efficient in time management, and able to multitask.
Be comfortable riding an e-bike in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, or heat.
Be a dependable, punctual, and safe cyclist.
Be physically capable of riding an e-bike for extended periods.
Be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, and crouch as needed for store operations.

Responsibilities

Deliver hot, fresh Two Sisters Pizza menu items safely and efficiently using a company-provided e-bike.
Follow traffic rules and safely handle the e-bike.
Read maps, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Assist with in-store tasks between deliveries, such as preparing orders, cleaning, stocking, and answering phones.
During downtime, sweep, mop, wash dishes, and identify other cleaning activities.
Answer all store calls after the first ring.
Respond to customer concerns and follow Team Sharma Two Sisters Pizza policies.
