About The Position

The E-Biker Delivery Driver delivers Two Sisters Pizza menu items to customers using a company-provided e-bike and supports in-store operations between deliveries. The role requires navigating to addresses within the designated delivery area, including across adverse terrain and in multi-story buildings, while delivering promptly, safely, and professionally. Drivers follow traffic rules and handle the e-bike safely. During downtime, they assist with order preparation, cleaning, stocking, answering phones, and other store tasks. The position offers a base wage of $12.77 per hour, daily payment of earned tips, employee product discounts, and use of a company-provided e-bike during shifts. Scheduling is flexible, and the posting describes the role as an ideal part-time opportunity, including for evening or weekend shifts. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs, including pizzas, beverages, and supplies.
Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and crouch as needed for daily store operations.

Responsibilities

Deliver hot, fresh Two Sisters Pizza menu items safely and efficiently using a company-provided e-bike.
Read maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Follow traffic rules and safely handle the e-bike at all times.
Assist with preparing orders, cleaning, stocking, and answering phones between deliveries.
During downtime, sweep, mop, do dishes, clean up, and find other cleaning activities to help the store.
Answer all store calls after the first ring.
Respond to customer concerns and follow Team Sharma Two Sisters Pizza policies.
Work collaboratively with the team and support daily store operations.
