About The Position
Pender Veterinary Clinic is seeking 1st through 4th year veterinary students for an externship opportunity. This role is designed for compassionate, team-oriented, and strong-communicating students who are looking to enhance their education through real-world experiences. Pender Veterinary Clinic is a mixed animal practice with locations in Pender and Emerson, Nebraska, serving both communities for over fifty years. They offer comprehensive care for small animal patients, including preventative and urgent care, surgery, dentistry, and boarding, with in-house diagnostics like radiology, ultrasound, and laboratory analysis. The large animal services cater to cow/calf and feedlot operations, providing pregnancy exams, ultrasounds, herd health, surgeries, and processing for ruminants, as well as swine and equine care. The clinic prides itself on a reputation for excellence and devotion to its clients.
Requirements
- Must be an Active Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
