The position involves delivering an immersive, high-quality gaming experience to Dutch-speaking clientele in a live studio environment. The croupier communicates with players in Dutch, follows industry regulations and internal compliance protocols, and works with the technical team to support smooth, high-quality streaming operations. The role requires flexibility to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
Requirements
- Fluency in spoken Dutch.
- Conversational-level English.
- A service-minded personality and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility toward colleagues.
- Holder of an EU passport; an ID card is not accepted.
- Flexibility to work three rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and engaging gaming experiences in a live studio environment.
- Maintain high standards in interactions with customers.
- Communicate fluently with players in Dutch to build rapport and ensure satisfaction.
