About The Position
United Concrete Products Inc. is a leader in manufacturing precast concrete products. We create custom precast solutions for our customers and also have over 250 stock items available every day. We are looking for a Dump Truck Driver to join our team in Wallingford, CT. In this role, you will be home daily. Pay based upon experience. The typical schedule is Monday - Friday from 5 AM - 4:00 PM and Saturday for 4 - 5 hours as needed.
Requirements
- Experience operating a manual commercial vehicle.
- Have a valid CDL B License or CDL A.
- Dump truck required.
- Be dependable with respect to attendance and tardiness.
- Be willing to work overtime.
Nice To Haves
- Roll off experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate manual dump truck in a safe and professional manner.
- Perform daily pre & post trip inspections.
- Follow all company and federal guidelines to ensure the safe operation of a dump truck.
- Complete daily document to indicate the loads picked up & delivered.
- Haul aggregates to facilities
