Due Diligence, Risk, and Compliance Researcher (Chinese Speaking)

Exiger Diligence is seeking experienced due diligence, compliance, and risk research professionals to join their team. The role involves conducting extensive primary and secondary research using various tools, analyzing the gathered information, and developing comprehensive reports for clients. The researchers are expected to have previous experience in due diligence, risk, or compliance research, as well as strong writing and editing skills. The position requires attention to detail, analytical abilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. This is a fully remote opportunity, and candidates based in Canada are encouraged to apply.

• Conduct extensive primary and secondary research using various open-source and public records web-based tools
• Identify pertinent information and develop useful insights into the subject
• Write clear, concise, and thorough reports for clients
• Learn to own cases from start to finish with review by senior researchers
• Assist with research, writing, and editing of large and complex cases
• Utilize best practices in research methodology to complete reports for different clients and scopes

• Previous experience conducting due diligence, risk, or compliance research
• Familiarity with public-records research and understanding of due diligence research methodology
