About The Position

The Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor provides accurate, efficient, prompt, and courteous dealing at assigned table games. The role follows game procedures for Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and other table-game formats; handles chip and cash transactions; receives wagers and pays winning outcomes; and maintains game security while protecting company assets. The supervisor also helps customers understand game rules, ensures compliance with established policies and procedures, and promotes superior customer service in accordance with company and departmental standards.

This position may be full-time or part-time. Employees must be able to work any shift or hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. The starting wage is $24.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Must have strong verbal communication skills and be fluent and literate in English.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive, strategic approach to addressing issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all organizational levels.
• Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide to figure payoffs.

Responsibilities

• Deal accurately and efficiently at assigned table games.
• Follow established procedures when dealing Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and other table-game forms or variations.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at assigned tables.
• Follow company and departmental policies and procedures and applicable state regulations.
• Perform accurate chip and cash transactions.
• Receive customer wagers and pay the appropriate game outcomes.
• Maintain game security and protect company assets.
• Assist customers in understanding game rules and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Support and promote superior customer service according to departmental and company standards and programs.
