This role is for a Dual Rate Security Shift Manager who will be responsible for training security personnel, creating a fun and exciting environment, and ensuring service excellence. The position requires a dynamic and positive leader who fosters teamwork, employee morale, and open communication. The Shift Manager will act as a role model and coach, developing employees and holding them accountable for performance expectations. They will also evaluate personnel performance, establish business and service objectives, and coordinate regulatory procedures and company policies. A key responsibility includes operating a motorized vehicle, such as a company van. The role demands leadership skills to set a vision and inspire the team, as well as the ability to recommend and implement changes to improve employee and guest satisfaction.
