This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Table Games. The role involves dealing cards, selling chips, paying customers, collecting bets, and verifying fills/credits. When acting as a Floor Supervisor, the individual must adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations, monitor subordinate performance, approve and oversee count table inventory, facilitate chip replenishment, supervise card issuance, instruct personnel on table assignments, handle minor guest complaints, and maintain the integrity of Table Games. The Floor Supervisor also assists the Shift Manager with gaming operations and can perform duties assigned by the Shift Manager. When acting as a Dealer, the individual performs all duties and responsibilities of a Poker and 21 Dealer, also adhering to AML regulations. The role directly supervises dealers and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including planning, assigning work, providing input on performance appraisals, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
