This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Table Games, including dealing cards, selling chips, paying customers, collecting bets, and verifying fills/credits. When acting as a Floor Supervisor, the individual will monitor subordinate performance, approve and oversee count table inventory, facilitate chip replenishment, supervise card issuance, instruct personnel on table assignments, handle minor guest complaints, and maintain the integrity of Table Games. They will also assist the Shift Manager with gaming operations and perform duties assigned by the Shift Manager. When acting as a Dealer, the individual will perform all duties and responsibilities of a Poker and 21 Dealer. The role requires adherence to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations.
