Dual Dealer/Supervisor

A blackjack dealer is responsible for managing the blackjack tables and other Table Games, dealing cards, explaining game rules, and ensuring a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for players.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Six (6) months of prior experience or dealer’s school required.
- Maintain current knowledge of applicable company policies and gaming regulations.
- Must have excellent customer skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time for majority of shift.
- Must be able to bend and reach across gaming table.
- Must be able to use hands to deal and collect playing cards.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities
- Manage the table by dealing cards to players and controlling the pace of the game.
- Clearly explain the rules to new players, ensuring they understand how to play.
- Observe players' behavior and report any suspicious activities or concerns to the appropriate authorities.
- Collect bets, distribute winnings, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Uphold a friendly and professional demeanor with players at all times to enhance their gaming experience.
- Handle cash and chips accurately and securely, ensuring the integrity of the game.
- Safeguard the cards and gaming equipment, ensuring that all games are conducted fairly and according to casino regulations.
