About The Position

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Table Games, including dealing cards, selling chips, paying customers, collecting bets, and verifying fills/credits. When acting as a Floor Supervisor, the individual must adhere to the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations, monitor subordinate performance, approve and oversee count table inventory, facilitate chip replenishment, supervise card issuance, handle minor guest complaints, maintain the integrity of Table Games, and assist the Shift Manager with gaming operations. When acting as a Dealer, the individual will perform all duties and responsibilities of a Poker and 21 Dealer, also adhering to AML regulations. This position directly supervises dealers and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies, including planning, assigning work, providing input on performance appraisals, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

Requirements

  • Must adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations, including, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements.
  • One or more years' experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must pass Dealer audition and proficiency test.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Must possess the ability to differentiate Cheque color and appropriate values of each.
  • Ability to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to work in a smoke-filled environment.
  • Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
  • Sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
