About The Position

Learn to deal Blackjack at Horseshoe Indianapolis and start a rewarding career! Paid training is provided at $17/hour. The Training Academy begins Friday, July 17th, with classes held Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm. Upon successful completion of the class, your earning potential will significantly increase. You will deal and supervise blackjack and other table games in a fun and rewarding environment. A Dual Rate Supervisor provides high-quality customer service and promotes integrity while serving as a dealer and/or Supervisor for specific, licensed casino games. As Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of an assigned gaming area, promoting and maintaining the utmost integrity.

Requirements

• Must be able to attend Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm classes for the Training Academy.
• Must pass the Blackjack Dealer & Dual Rate Supervisor Academy training.

Responsibilities

• Deal Blackjack and other table games.
• Supervise blackjack and other table games.
• Oversee the operations of an assigned gaming area as a Supervisor.
• Provide high-quality customer service.
• Promote and maintain integrity in all aspects of the role.
