About The Position
ProHealth Partners is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to serve the Toledo and Michigan territory as needed. The position provides occupational therapy to patients in their homes or facilities. The company provides scheduling and documentation support so therapists can focus on patient care. ProHealth Partners delivers physical, occupational, and speech therapy in patients’ homes and serves areas in Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Ohio and willingness to obtain a Michigan license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Ability to travel to patients’ homes or facilities.
- Strong communication skills.

- Home healthcare experience.
Responsibilities
- Communicate daily with office staff to accept new patients, complete paperwork, and submit payroll.
- Maintain open communication with patients and home health agencies to promote a positive, caring experience.
- Coordinate with Physical Therapist Assistants to manage patient care.
- Complete evaluation, plan of care, reassessment, and discharge visits and paperwork.
- Attend meetings and case conferences.
