About The Position

The Dual Catering Sales Manager is responsible for building lasting client relationships and booking events that meet hotel revenue goals. This role involves personally detailing and servicing all groups to perfection, prospecting through various channels, and crafting strategic sales action plans. The manager will also partner across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Catering/Event Sales Experience.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear, confident communication is key.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfort with Microsoft Office and event software.
  • Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation.
  • Customer Obsessed: Committed to client happiness and building trust.
  • Organizational Agility: Knowing who to call and how to get things done—fast and effectively.
