About The Position

The DTC Associate is responsible for locating and retrieving products from inventory, verifying quantities and quality, packing them securely, and preparing shipments for delivery. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company and carrier standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer orders from the system.
• Prepare full orders accurately and ensure all items are included.
• Pack orders following company and carrier packaging standards.
• Label, scan, and organize shipments for delivery.
• Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and quality in all order processing tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Assist with other warehouse operations as needed.
