About The Position

The DSC Slot Technician is responsible for ensuring the security and reliability of gaming devices by performing repairs and regular maintenance. This role requires the ability to learn new technology, communicate effectively with guests and team members, and adhere to all departmental and casino policies, as well as Tribal, State, and Federal Gaming standards. The technician will also maintain logs of work performed and may be assigned other duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to learn new technology
• 6 months experience or work-related experience
• Work hours needed including on-call
• Able to perform moderate amounts of lifting and repeated bending and twisting
• Must have good communication skills; both verbal and written
• Must obtain a key gaming license upon hire

Responsibilities

• Repair any machine that goes down during shift
• Ensures the security and the reliability of the gaming devices
• Performs regular maintenance on the machine as time permits
• Keeps a current log of work performed
• Explain and promote functions of any machine in the casino when questioned by guests or fellow team members
• Must abide by all departmental and casino policies and procedures complies with Tribal, State and Federal Gaming standards
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
