About The Position

PatchitUP is seeking an experienced Drywall Finisher to perform drywall repairs and provide high-quality customer service in Suffolk County, New York. The role combines skilled drywall finishing with selling the company’s repair services to customers. The technician travels to customer locations, manages assigned projects and schedules, maintains a safe and organized work area, and uses an iPad for job documentation and management. This is a full-time role, with expected hours of 35–40 per week. Pay is $25.00–$35.00 per hour, plus a 5% commission on weekly revenue sold and collected and review bonuses. Requirements

Prior experience in drywall repair, with attention to detail and strong finishing skills.
Sales abilities and the ability to communicate the value of drywall repair services to customers.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record, allowing travel to customer locations.
Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and meet project deadlines.
Proficiency using an iPad for documentation and job management.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
Prior experience in both drywall repair and sales; the posting states that only candidates with both will be considered.
