About The Position

The Drywall and Framing Project Manager will be responsible for carrying projects from start to finish, including preconstruction planning, buyout, execution, and close-out. This role involves managing the schedule and budget, coordinating with clients and design teams, resolving conflicts with other trades, and ensuring superintendents have the necessary manpower and materials. The position also requires occasional jobsite visits, proactive risk management, staying current on project documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders, daily reports, close-out packages), enforcing safety and quality standards, and mentoring assistant project managers.

Requirements

At least four years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
Hands-on experience with drywall and metal framing scope.
Proficiency in project management systems (Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, QuickBid, or comparable systems).
Ability to communicate plainly with clients, design teams, and field personnel.
Leadership skills to manage crews and maintain standards.
Ability to remain level-headed when project conditions change.
Ability to anticipate client needs.

Responsibilities
