About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in motivating associates to help customers create their personal style and in assisting with store operations. The role provides customer service through relationship building, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, engaging store. The position includes leading and coaching associates, contributing to store business and sales goals, and helping address customer and store needs. The role requires availability for rotating day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to provide outstanding customer service; train, coach, and lead by example.
- Build relationships to grow store business.
- Perform all sales associate duties and achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve customer service, increase sales, and meet store goals.
- Develop and implement solutions to address customer problems and store needs.
