About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager supports the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their personal style and in assisting with store operations. The role delivers personalized service through relationship building, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, exciting store. The Assistant Store Manager also helps develop store business and improve sales and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Develop relationships to grow store business.
- Perform all sales associate duties and achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve customer service, increase sales, and meet store goals.
- Develop and implement solutions to address customer problems and store needs.
- Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
