About The Position
The Dry Goods Assistant Store Manager supports the store manager in motivating associates, assisting with store operations, and helping customers create their personal style. The role delivers distinctive customer service through relationship building, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, engaging store. The assistant manager also performs sales associate duties and works to achieve individual sales and account goals.
Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Develop relationships to grow store business.
- Perform sales associate duties and achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve customer service quality, increase sales, and meet store goals.
- Develop and implement solutions to address customer problems and store needs.
- Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
