DRY GOODS ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
About The Position
As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assist with store operations. You provide distinctive service by building relationships, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, engaging store. The position includes training, coaching, and leading associates by example; developing relationships to grow store business; performing sales associate duties; and helping achieve sales and account goals. You assess associate performance and develop solutions to address customer problems and store needs. You must be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
