About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in motivating associates to help customers create their personal style and in assisting with store operations. The role provides distinctive customer service through relationship building, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, engaging store. The position includes sales responsibilities and requires availability for a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts. Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Develop relationships to grow store business.
- Perform sales associate duties and achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve customer service quality, increase sales, and meet store goals.
- Develop and implement solutions to address customer problems and store needs.
- Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
