As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with store operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store. Dry Goods offers an ever-changing selection of current fashions, including clothing, jewelry, and accessories. Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Develop relationships to grow store business.
- Perform all sales associate duties and achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve customer service quality, increase sales, and meet store goals.
- Develop and implement solutions to address customer problems and store needs.
- Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
