About The Position
As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assist with store operations. You provide distinctive customer service by building relationships, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and exciting store. The role includes a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts. Dry Goods offers an ever-changing selection of current fashions, including clothing, jewelry, and accessories. Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Develop relationships to grow store business.
- Perform all sales associate duties and achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve customer service quality, increase sales, and meet store goals.
- Develop and implement solutions to address customer problems and store needs.
- Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
