About The Position
As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assist with store operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store. You help develop the team, grow store business, achieve sales goals, and address customer problems and store needs. The role requires availability for a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Develop relationships to grow store business.
- Perform all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve customer service quality, increase sales, and meet store goals.
- Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs.
- Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
