About The Position
As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their personal style and in assisting with store operations. You provide distinctive service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, exciting store. The role also includes sales associate duties and individual sales and account goals. This New York-based position has an expected base wage of $19.00–$23.00 per hour and is eligible for overtime.
Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service through training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Develop relationships to grow store business.
- Perform all sales associate duties and achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve customer service quality, increase sales, and meet store goals.
- Develop and implement solutions to address customer problems and store needs.
- Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
