About The Position
As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all store operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store. Dry Goods offers an ever-changing selection of the newest fashions, including clothing, jewelry, and accessories. Requirements
- Availability to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Develop relationships to grow store business.
- Perform all sales associate duties and achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve customer service quality, increase sales, and meet store goals.
- Develop and implement solutions to address customer problems and store needs.
- Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
