DRY GOODS ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
About The Position
As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with store operations. You provide distinctive customer service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and exciting store. You also perform sales associate duties and work to achieve individual sales and account goals. Dry Goods offers an ever-changing selection of current fashions, including clothing, jewelry, and accessories. Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Develop relationships to grow store business.
- Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve customer service, increase sales, and meet store goals.
- Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs.
- Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
