This position provides fleet wide support for the functional area of Outage Management. Responsible for Governance and Oversight (G&O) of the dry cask storage (DCS) program processes/products such as the development of detailed plans / schedules for spent fuel loading campaigns (SFLC), As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) practices, Technical Specification compliance, and DCS procedure development. Supports assessments on the implementation of the DCS program and processes including observations made during the execution of the campaign. G&O not limited to Outage Management but also crosses all organizational boundaries working with station departments and designated team leaders for SFLC preparation and execution. Review vendor performance trends and drives corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement. Solicits best practices internally and externally to improve organizational effectiveness. Supports the Dry Cask Storage Program Managers with peer team and business plan initiatives. This is an onsite position that can be based at our Clinton, IL or Braidwood, IL CEC's. Candidates must be able to work onsite at one of these locations as part of the role requirements.
