About The Position

This role is the hands-on heartbeat of our co-branded Cask Club inside the Plank House. You make sure every barrel fill, tasting, and bottling moment feels personal, polished, and on-point-while keeping our back-of-house process clean, organized, accurate, and compliant. When members trust us with their barrel, you're the person who turns that trust into a bottle they're proud to show off. This role is about more than pouring or selling casks. It's about creating an experience that feels intentional, welcoming, and unmistakably Ko-Kwel. One where members feel proud to belong and excited to come back.
