This position provides fleet-wide support for the functional area of Outage Management. It is responsible for Governance and Oversight (G&O) of the dry cask storage (DCS) program processes/products, including the development of detailed plans/schedules for spent fuel loading campaigns (SFLC), As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) practices, Technical Specification compliance, and DCS procedure development. The role supports assessments on the implementation of the DCS program and processes, including observations during campaign execution. G&O extends beyond Outage Management to all organizational boundaries, working with station departments and designated team leaders for SFLC preparation and execution. The role also involves reviewing vendor performance trends, driving corrective actions for continuous improvement, and soliciting best practices internally and externally to enhance organizational effectiveness. Additionally, it supports the Dry Cask Storage Program Managers with peer team and business plan initiatives. This is an onsite position that can be based at either the LaSalle, IL or Dresden, IL CECs. Candidates must be able to work onsite at one of these locations.
