About The Position
The City of Neenah is seeking two casual/seasonal Drop-Off Attendants for the City Garage. The purpose of this position is to supervise large item, metal, yard waste, and recycling drop-off at the City Garage.
Requirements
- Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
- Availability for weekday shifts (7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) or Saturday shifts (8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.).
Responsibilities
- Supervise large item, metal, yard waste, and recycling drop-off at the City Garage.
- Check identification to verify city residency.
- Inspect loads coming into the drop off.
- Give instructions for placement of all items being dropped off.
- Reject any items not allowed at the drop off.
- Give information on how to dispose of such items.
- General policing and cleaning of the area.
Benefits
- Pay is $11.00 per hour.
- Due to the seasonal nature of this position, there are no benefits.
