About The Position

The Drop & Count Associate collects and transports slot money boxes to the Count Room according to established drop procedures. The role accurately empties, counts, and records table drop boxes, poker chips, and slot drop boxes, and efficiently operates currency-counting equipment. The associate prints required Master Gaming Reports when applicable and verifies cash-count totals, investigating and correcting discrepancies when errors occur. This position calls for positive guest-service skills when interacting with the public and related departments, along with a valid driver’s license. It requires standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 41–50 pounds.
