About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a part-time Driver for its Enterprise brand in South Burlington, Vermont. The Driver delivers vehicles and, in some instances, customers, employees, or vendors safely and on time to the appropriate destinations while providing helpful, courteous, and professional customer service. The role involves transporting fleet cars and vans between rental locations and navigating written directions. The starting rate is $16.50 per hour, with yearly merit increases available based on performance. The position offers a consistent 25-hour-per-week schedule, working 2–3 days per week between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The work location is 700 Airport Parkway, South Burlington, VT 05403.

Requirements

Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
Must live within a reasonable commute of no more than one hour from the location.
Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience, or college/university attendance.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require employment-based work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of the area as needed, following all rules of the road.
Deliver customers and vehicles safely and courteously to appropriate destinations.
Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicles or pick up multiple vehicles.
Organize travel routes and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
Clean vehicles as requested.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
