About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a part-time Driver for its Enterprise brand in South Burlington, Vermont. The Driver transports fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations and may also safely and courteously deliver customers, employees, or vendors to appropriate destinations. The role requires following written directions, organizing travel routes, and ensuring vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely. The starting pay is $16.50 per hour, with potential yearly merit increases based on performance. The schedule is 2–3 days per week, between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., for a consistent 25 hours per week. The position is located at 700 Airport Parkway, South Burlington, VT 05403.

Requirements

Have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Live within a reasonable commute of no more than one hour from the location.
Have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience, or college/university attendance.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be authorized to work in the United States and not require employment-based work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

Transport fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, navigating written directions.
Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road.
Deliver customers and vehicles safely and courteously to appropriate destinations.
Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicles or pick up multiple vehicles.
Organize travel routes and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
Clean vehicles as requested.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
