The Driver provides safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for guests and resort operations. Requirements

Valid CDL Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Safe driving record and commitment to transportation safety.
Basic vehicle maintenance and inspection knowledge.
Proficiency using GPS navigation systems and mobile devices.
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in guest-facing situations.
Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 pounds.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must pass a background check and drug test and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Must uphold Westgate Resorts' standards of professionalism, safety, and guest service.

Responsibilities

Safely transport guests and passengers to designated locations while following traffic laws and company safety policies.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are safe and operational.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and promptly report maintenance concerns.
Provide exceptional guest service and assist passengers with questions, directions, and transportation needs.
Use GPS and local area knowledge to navigate efficiently and maintain timely schedules.
Maintain accurate transportation logs and required documentation.
Assist with loading and unloading luggage, equipment, or other items as needed.
Monitor traffic and road conditions and adjust routes accordingly.
Represent Westgate Resorts professionally through appearance, communication, and guest interactions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
